Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Do you accept returns or replacements?

Yes.   If product arrives damaged or a part is missing, we will replace the part and/ or provide a replacement unit if necessary within 3 days of purchase.

You may return your item within 14 days of purchase.  Buyer covers return shipping costs along with a 15% restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no.  We ship to the United States only.

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the link included with your order confirmation.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for all orders. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
